Entertain your guests and clients at elements. As with our main dining room, our private dining areas embody our naturalistic philosophy and offer unrivaled comfort, elegance and functionality.
elements meets the challenges of executive dining, offering an atmosphere that is conducive to conversation yet discreet, and an event staff that is intelligent, informed and deferential so as to best anticipate your needs. Our distinctive Interpretative-American cuisine and remarkable, memorable menu conveys that the restaurant has been chosen as a compliment to your guests.

Minimums: All private dining at elements carry food and beverage minimums. If the final bill falls below the minimum, the remaining balance is converted to a room fee.
All parties of 7 or more will be seated in our private dining room.
Small Private Dining Room
• Accommodates groups up to 10
Large Private Dining Room
• Accommodates groups up to 20 guests
(small & large private dining room can also be reserved for groups of up to 30)
Main Dining Room
• Accommodates groups up to 40 guests

Menu items are subject to change due to daily market decisions. With advance notice, our event team will gladly work with you to accommodate any requests or dietary restrictions of guests.
*Group menus may not be available on holidays or Princeton University reunions and commencement weekend when pre-fix menus are in effect.*
$75 per guest – Three Course Menu (only available Wednesday through Thursday)
$89 per guest – Four Course Tasting Menu (choice of two to three items per course)
$129 per guest – Five Course Tasting Menu (choice of two items per course)
$159 per guest – Eight Course Tasting Menu
$189 per guest – 15-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu
Our Wine Director is available to help you select wine that best complements your menu and your budget. We also offer wine pairings with our tasting menus.
Non-alcoholic beverages including still and sparkling water, soda, fresh brewed coffees, espresso-based coffee beverages and assorted teas can be priced a la carte or via an arranged package.
