Special dinner with, 2 Michelin star, Guest chef Kyle Connaughton from SingleThread, at elements 2 nights only.

elements welcomes Kyle & Katina Connaughton from SingleThread in in Sonoma, CA on Saturday April 28 & Sunday, April 29th, 2018. They will work collaboratively alongside our elements team to bring you a tasting menu focused on spring wild edible season here in the central NJ area.

Chef Anderson and Chef Connaughton will create an innovative menu focusing on our local Sansai season.  Sansai translates to “mountain vegetables” and refers to all foraged herbs and vegetables found in the mountains of Japan especially in the spring season.  At SingleThread, Chef Connaughton’s 2 Michelin star restaurant, wild edibles and foraged ingredients are showcased alongside Katina’s sustainable culinary gardens.
